WindStream Communications Manager-Local Operations in Brownfield, Texas

Lead and direct a team of Service Technicians and/or Central Office Technicians. Manage functions involving installation, support and repair of Windstream network as well as customer facilities. Utilizes all aspects of workforce management; monitors adherence of safety practices; employee performance management and training, maintains DOT files as needed; monitors and controls expenses; monitors buildings, grounds, and vehicles; provides budget inputs; promotes positive company image to the public; performs other duties as assigned or deemed necessary

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9 years related technical and/or telephony experience; or an equivalent combination of education and technical level related experience required.
