WindStream Communications Representative-Enterprise Customer Care in Hiawatha, Iowa

Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for creating customer relationships and facilitating the resolution of any customer inquiry, general product questions and billing or order issues. - Responsible to answer all inbound calls and provide Customer Care including general questions & answers, billing investigations, minor technical troubleshooting, and creating and processing all types of orders; MACD and simple to complex orders. - Responsible to utilize multiple systems to investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns. Expected to respond professionally to customer correspondence and emails within a 24 hour response time, as assigned.

Desired Traits or Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including de-escalation and listening skills - Good computer skills including multitasking within many different applications - Ability to learn new skills and knowledge quickly and the ability to work in a structured, fast-paced call center environment with strict time demands

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
