WindStream Communications Project Manager I-OfficeSuite in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for two main areas which include the project management of complex order implementations as well as team lead/technical support for Project Coordinators.
• Manage up to 75-150 orders on a daily basis • Have authority to make financial based decisions impacting customers and Broadview • Recognize and work through more complex customer networks • Work directly with Managers in other Departments, as well as Service Delivery, on escalations and process/procedure enhancements • Attend Corporate and Departmental trainings and have the ability to speak to those trainings in a team environment
_MAJOR PROBLEMS / CHALLENGES_
• In some cases the personnel they will be leading will be part of our BPO outsource partnership creating challenges based on distance.
• A bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience. • 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications as a Project Manager. • Strong customer service related background • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills • Leadership abilities • Ability to make decisions that impact customers/company financially • Superior knowledge and experience with department software • Superior knowledge of departmental policies and procedures • Familiarity with data and voice applications
College degree and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
